Bracket Maker Directions

Remember back in the day when we used to have to manage brackets manually? Thankfully, we have caught up with technology as well and will be running this tournament electronically. The directions for the Bracket Manager site that we will be using are relatively straight-forward, but I've included some more detailed instructions here for those playing who may not be as savvy.

Directions for filling out the bracket

Create an account with BracketMaker

·         Go to: http://www.bracketmaker.com/tlist.cfm?tid=394108

·         Click “Championship Bracket”

·         Click “Predict It!”

·         Register for free by clicking “Register Here” next to “New User”

·         Complete the registration form, and click “enter”

·         Check your email for your password information

Make Predictions within BracketMaker

NOTE: You cannot go back and change your predictions after you submit. You would have to delete and start over...so I highly encourage you to use the hard-copy worksheet prior to making your electronic submission.

·         Click on the link from your confirmation email (same as link above)

·         Enter your email address and password

·         Click “enter”

·         I recommend changing your password to something you can easily remember by clicking on “Change Password”

·         Predict the winners of each game, by clicking “Predict It!” Follow the instructions in BracketMaker. You will predict round-by-round. Disregard the “Score” text field in all but the Championship Game. Use this space in the Championship Game only to indicate your guess at the baby’s weight. This will be used to determine the winner in case of a tie.

·         Print at the end if you’d like a hard-copy of your bracket.

Other

·         You can login and return to Bracket Maker at any time to view the bracket, check the leaderboard, etc.

·         We will send a link each week with the game results, and you will be able to view your score compared to others, by clicking on “Predication Leaderboard”
